Residential Home Inspection
We offer the most thorough and detailed home inspection in West Virginia. At least that's what our clients tell us. Our aim is to provide you with as much useful information as possible, not only to aid you in your purchase decision, but also to help you in the future should you decide to call this one "home". We are qualified to offer inspections on multiple home types ranging from new construction to mobile homes. We also offer multiple inspection types including Pre-Listing Inspections and Pre-Purchase Inspections.

Infrared Thermography Inspection
We are certified and qualified to offer Infrared Thermography Inspections as a stand-alone inspection or as an add-on to your residential home inspection. An infrared inspection is a scan of the entire home, room by room, searching for moisture intrusion as well as air infiltration. The benefits of locating moisture intrusion or concealed plumbing leaks are obvious, but locating and repairing areas of air infiltration can save you thousands over time on your heating and cooling costs.

Unfortunately, there is no one price fits all when it comes to home inspections. Homes are all different sizes and ages and are constructed using different methods. All of these things affect our time and effort and subsequently, our pricing.
